The Town Meeting will be held 26 – 28 June at Protea Hotel, Umhlanga.
Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation and transport arrangements. If you wish to stay at the Protea Hotel itself, the discounted rates for the conference are:
- R1395 per night (single room, bed and breakfast)
- R1750 per night (twin room, bed and breakfast)

There will be a reception on the evening of Friday 26 June. Both lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday 27 June. Only lunch will be provided on Sunday 28 June.
