NOTICE:

The registration fee includes the conference reception on 19th November, daily conference rate and lunches (20th to 24th November), and conference Gala dinner on 22nd November. The registration fee is non-refundable. All prices are quoted in South African Rand [R]. The fee structure is shown below. The registration closes on 30th September, 2016.

We have limited funds to support local South African students, and limited sponsored student accommodation in Protea Hotel Umhlanga (double shared, without breakfast) . If you are a Honours, Master or PhD student in any South African University and would like to receive financial supports, or require the limited sponsored student accommodation, please send “cosmologyconf.durban2016@gmail.com” an email about your name, affiliation, degree program, a few paragraphs of motivation and signature of your thesis supervisor. 

In below, once the conference hotel and accommodation in Hluhluwe park are chosen, please click on “submit”, then the confirmation of receipt will automatically be sent to your email box. If you do not receive it, please check your junk email box; otherwise, please contact “cosmologyconf.durban2016@gmail.com” and “vicki@venues.co.za”.

The invoice and payment link will be sent to your email address shortly. In the invoice, the conference hotel and safari accommodation will be listed as “Accommodation cost”.

Only the full payment of the invoice is made, the registration process is regarded as complete.
